Author's Note: This was incredibly difficult to write.illusionrain originally gave me the pairing Bellatrix/Luna, and 'fairy lights,' and then I worked another prompt in here. I spent way too long on this, eh.

Summary: Most witches – and wizards – would be trembling in their dragonskin boots if trapped in the same room as Bellatrix Lestrange, but this girl, this little witchling, clearly could care less.
